Prices are per week to include electricity, all bed linen and towels (other than for the beach).  An extra charge of £15p.w. is made during October to March to cover costs for storage heaters. 

A wood burner which takes wood or coal is installed in the fireplace and although it is not essential because of the storage heaters, it does create a wonderful atmosphere in the cooler evenings.  

Week-end or mid-week breaks available on request subject to availability.  During the Christmas/New Year period dates are flexible.  

A welcome pack greets your arrival – to include a Cornish cream tea and bottle of wine!

Unless otherwise stated changeovers are on a Saturday. Rooms should be vacated by 10.30am and will be available by 4pm or possibly earlier on request. A welcome pack will await you on arrival.

Please note: Bed linen, towels and electricity are provided at no extra charge.
A £15 per week charge will be made for night storage heating from October to April.
